I generally recommend the following: What if you sold a product and someone 'ripped it off'
It might be Amazon ripping off the Everyday Sling or traditional retailers making private label versions of your product.
Be assured....if your product is any good, it WILL be ripped off. Someone else will try to win your customers by undercutting your price, or copying your design.
You'll have to stay ahead of the me-too's. Win customers by reducing cost (value engineering) Win customers by increasing functionality Win customers by adding proprietary software that is difficult to reverse engineer. Win customers by having a strong Brand.
Don't rest on your laurels. Just because you have made a tooling investment, and have products on the shelves,
